Returns & Refunds
You can request a return and refund within 14 days of receiving your order under these circumstances:
Faulty Items: If the item you received is faulty or doesn't work properly, send us a photo or video showing the issue within 14 days of receipt. Once we review the evidence, we'll issue an immediate refund — no need to return the item.
Items Not As Described or No Longer Needed: Contact us within 14 days of receipt to start the return process. We'll issue a full refund after receiving the item back in its original condition and packaging. You have 14 days to ship it back after notifying us. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Sale Items: The same refund rights apply to sale items as full-priced items.
We reserve the right not to refund if the item is damaged due to misuse or third-party repair attempts.

Warranty
Nocini offers a 9-month warranty from the purchase date against defects caused by faulty material or workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper handling, drops, or misuse. In the event of a defective product within the warranty period, Nocini will repair, replace, or refund the item at its discretion.
